Where we take the project from a discussion about how you want to use your house, through to when you’re ready to sit back and enjoy your fresh and inviting, new home.

We will approach this in a few phases:

Phase 1: Design Concept & Styles: We’ll discuss budgets, architect’s plans, your living and design needs. We’ll then create style and material moodboards for each of the agreed spaces. This is a key foundation phase as all of the following decisions will be based off these initial drawings and moodboard concepts.

Phase 2: The Planning & Technical Bit: We will design layout and elevation drawings for any of the permanent fixtures & fittings. From electrical and kitchen plans, bathroom layouts, bespoke joinery, to panelling and tile layout schedules.

Phase 3: Materials & Interior Sourcing: This is where we will source and design all of the interior items that will bring the rooms together. From tiles, wall lights, vintage bedside tables, bespoke vanity units to mirrors and rugs.

Phase 4: Dressing, Styling & Installing: This is always the fun bit, where we bring to together all of the items we’ve sourced and made, to transform the spaces into inviting, cosy and fresh rooms.

During these phases, we will work with your contractors, or our trusted building & trade partners and be onsite for key check-ins, to interior project manage from concept through to execution.

In a nut shell.. this is about enjoying the renovation process, but without all of the hassle….. and tile grout decisions.

As no two projects are the same, our pricing will be based on each project scope.
